For more than 40 years the
U.S. Air Force was stationed in the Hunsrück in Germany, close to
Lautzenhausen. In 1993 the U.S. Air Force left the Hahn Air Base.
This homepage should remember
all the people who had something to do with the Hahn Air Base of the time,
the Hahn Air Base was the biggest town in the Hunsrück. It brought
wealth and, in my opinion, a little bit of the American Way of Life. Now
have a look on what the Hahn Air Base was and what has become of it today.

Interesting places around
the Hahn Air Base. Where have you been going out? Where did you take a
trip to?
Have a look at the Hunsrueck,
the Mosel and more. |

My personal view of the
Hahn Air Base and the end of the Hahn Air Base as a military Airport. |

Base and much more.
